Many years ago when I had a word processing business, I started baking Banana Bread mini loaves as Christmas gifts to my clients and friends. As the years went by I gave up my business and went to work for a law firm. There I continued to bake Banana Bread for my co-workers. Eventually I added Bread Pudding. All this continued over a 30-year span. While working I would sometimes sell to little stores in the neighborhood. It was too tiring, so I stopped. I kept baking because it seems my bread was a little different from the other banana breads. It was more moist and quite popular.
Eventually I was laid off from my job and retired. I became so bored that I decided to start selling again at one of the little stores in the neighborhood. I added other breads like coconut bread, carrot bread, zucchini bread, lemon bread and bread pudding. I am constantly looking for ways to introduce new breads. I bake them all in 1 lb loaf foil pans. It is a lot of fun and gives me great satisfaction when people ask for my breads. Sometimes customers will ask me if I bake something they like that I do not have. This encourages me to add something new.
Now, I am slowly expanding and decided to see what it would be like to have a website. I have already started gluten-free breads. They are gluten-free coconut bread and banana nut bread with palm sugar. As time goes by I will be adding other recipes.
